Visiting Hours
At VRA Schools, we welcome parents and guardians to engage with the school community while ensuring the safety and smooth operation of daily activities. Visiting hours are structured to allow meaningful interaction with staff and students without disrupting the academic programme.
VISITING HOURS
Day Students
Monday – Friday: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm (after school). By prior arrangement with school administration.
Boarding Students
- Weekdays: Visits are generally limited to urgent matters or by appointment to ensure that boarders' routines, study time, and evening prep are uninterrupted.
- Weekends: Every first weekend of the month
- Saturday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Visiting hours for parents/guardians
Guidelines for Visitors
- All visitors must report to Security upon arrival and will be directed to the school reception.
- Appointments are encouraged for meetings with teachers, counsellors, or administrators.
- Visitors are requested to respect school routines, discipline, and safety protocols.
- Unscheduled visits during class hours are discouraged to minimize disruption.
