Guidance and Counselling

At VRA Schools, we are committed to the holistic development of every student, which includes supporting their emotional, social, and academic well-being. Our Guidance and Counselling Department provides professional support to help students navigate the challenges of school life, make informed decisions, and achieve their full potential.

Academic Counselling

Students receive guidance in subject selection, study habits, exam preparation, and career planning. This ensures they are well-prepared for national exams such as BECE and WASSCE, as well as international programmes like SAT and Cambridge O’ Level.

Personal and Social Support

Our counsellors assist students with personal issues, peer relationships, conflict resolution, and emotional well-being. By providing a safe and confidential space, students are empowered to build resilience, self-confidence, and positive coping strategies.

Career and Higher Education Guidance

The department helps students explore career paths, apply for tertiary education, and develop essential life skills. This includes workshops, mentorship programmes, and guidance on scholarship opportunities locally and internationally.
